Hello and welcome to my website. I see this website as my extended heart space. A space where you can feel free and completely comfortable.

So, if you aren’t feeling anything which may be bringing on that feeling of worry…don’t. Turn your attention to your breath. The most powerful inner tool you have is your breath. Every few breaths you take, notice what you notice. I find this a simple and natural way to feel in tune and connect. Basically, become present.

Make this space about you. Allow the energy of prior engagements to wear off. Using your breath to assist you to become present. Enjoy the simplicity of honouring yourself. We all have a unique way of functioning with and within the human physical body we have been given. I extend my warmest welcome to you, as you discover new ways and nurturing accomplished ways of functioning with and within your physical.
